Take a journey with us from the first ancient sip to the latest vintage hosted by George's at Waymouth with 2 wonderful guides: Professor Rachel Ankeny, an interdisciplinary scholar and teacher( history/ philosophy of science, bioethics and science policy and food studies) who will discuss the role of wine in Greek life through time and Paul Georgiadis from PAULMARA estates - local viticulturist making a splash with greek and greek-cypriot varietals grown in S.A.
Words, wisdom and wine will be served with the venerated deliciousness of George's kitchen.
